Caird on Luke

I picked up a second-hand copy of G B Caird's Penguin Commentary on Luke from 1963. Second-hand is all you'll get, but if you spot one in a second-hand bookshop, I'd say: Buy it!

Short. Insightful. Refreshing. Helpful.

My copy was sitting on the floor of my study in a pile of books destined for a second-hand bookshop - purely on the grounds that I've never used it and it's taking up shelf-space I need. Having read this, I've rescued it!
